Pune : 11-year-old dies of suspected dengue

" PUNE: The death of 11-year-old Hemant Rajendra Tambe evoked the wrath of local residents of Sukhsagarnagar in Katraj on Friday. The residents alleged that Hemant died due to dengue fever following shabby mosquito control measure of the civic body.

"Frequent water logging, lack of insecticides spraying and fogging has led to the rampant mosquito menace in Sukhsagarnagar, which led to the death of Hemant," said Amit Tambe, a resident."
