" Delhi reported 23 fresh cases of dengue Monday as the total number of people hit by the disease this year rose to 5,973, an official said.According to the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD), Shahdara (north) zone continues to be the most affected with 828 cases followed by Rohini zone (758) and Civil Lines zone (656).Eight people have died due to the disease this year, the official added.
However, the number of chikungunya cases is gradually rising in the capital. A total of 47 cases of the disease have been reported in the city so far. Only seven such cases were reported during the corresponding period last year."

India : 30 more cases of dengue in Delhi

" With 30 more cases of dengue being reported in Delhi Thursday, the daily figures of the vector-borne disease are steadily declining.
The total number of infected patients has now reached 5,899.Shahdara (North) zone is the most affected with 805 dengue patients, followed by Rohini with 748 cases and Civil Lines with 650 cases, a Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) official said.
As many as eight people have died due to the disease in the city so far.Thirty-two cases of the disease were reported Wednesday and 35 Tuesday, showing the declining trend."

New Delhi : 69 more dengue cases in Delhi, total 4,313

" Dengue cases in Delhi continued unabated with 69 more cases reported Wednesday, as the total number of people affected by the mosquito-borne disease reached 4,313.
According to a Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) official, at least 26 of the total dengue patients, receiving treatment here, were from outside the city.
With 534 cases, Rohini zone in the capital is the worst affected area. It is followed by Civil Lines and South Zone with 522 and 519 cases, respectively, the official said."

India : 96 new dengue cases in Delhi

" Delhi Thursday reported 96 new cases of dengue, taking the number of people infected with the fever to 2,397.The vector-borne disease has claimed five lives so far in the national capital.'No new deaths have been reported in the last three weeks,' said N.K. Yadav, health officer of Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD).
With just three days left for the Delhi Commonwealth Games to begin, the MCD has intensified fogging operations at the Games Village and various venues.South Delhi, location for prominent Games venues, has been the worst affected, reporting 468 cases so far."

India : 68 new dengue cases in Delhi, total 1,580
Via Bombay News, more report of dengue coming out of Delhi and with the Commonwealth Games looming, its not going to help the situation :
" The national capital has witnessed a surge in the number of dengue cases in recent days with the Commonwealth Games host city reporting 68 new cases Thursday.According to a Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) report, the total number of dengue cases so far this season has gone up to 1,580.
The city has also witnessed four dengue deaths so far.The South Delhi zone of the MCD topped the list with 260 cases, followed by Central Zone (225) and Civil Lines (188).Of the total, there were 21 dengue patients from outside Delhi."
