" PUNE: The swine flu death toll in the city rose to 335 since August 2009, after one more person succumbed to the Influenza A virus on Friday. According to an official from the state health department, around 21 patients who were tested positive for the virus have been put on ventilator support at various hospitals in the city.
According to the state health officials, Gorakh Namdeo Supekar (29), a resident of Kuldharan in Karjat taluka, Ahemadnagar, died on August 13 at 4.05 pm at the Noble hospital in city. Supekar had developed symptoms like fever and cough since July 25. He was shifted to the hospital on August 31. He was put on ventilator since his admission in the hospital."
