" Vizianagaram, Aug. 17: A pregnant woman of local Ayyakoneru Dakshinagattu (name withheld) tested swine flu positive and is undergoing treatment at Care hospital, Visakhapatnam, said swine flu nodal officer Dr Ushasri here on Tuesday.
Dr Ushasri said that the woman was undergoing treatment at a private hospital at Fort Junction and following symptoms of fever, cough and throat infection, district TB control officer Dr Rama Rao advised her to undergo a swine flu test which proved positive.
The nodal officer said that another pregnant woman was admitted to the district headquarters hospital with symptoms, which later proved negative."
