" Officials from state health ministry rush to St George's Hospital after minister's secretary tests positive for H1N1 virus; few quarantined
Swine flu has made comeback only to haunt the state health department itself. Yesterday, the office of Minister of State for Health Fauzia Khan was in a state of panic after Kiran Patil (43), the minister's personal secretary was tested positive for the virus.
After suffering from a prolonged fever, Patil was admitted to St George Hospital on Monday. Doctors suspected that he suffered from the H1N1 virus and sent swabs for testing on Wednesday. "His test results came back last morning and he was declared positive for H1N1," said a hospital source."
