" NARAYANGADH: Health authorities here said they have confirmed dengue in 194 out of 766 patients, who underwent health check-up in Chitwan and adjoining districts till date starting August 17. More worrisome is a steady rise in the number of dengue patients.
Each passing week, according to the District Public Health Office, sees confirmation of 75 new dengue cases. Jayaram Duwadi, the acting DPHO chief, fears that dengue cases might increase till Dashain, calling on local people to sanitise their lives and avert mosquito bites."
