" TEN people exposed to the deadly bat-borne Hendra virus have declined to be tested, says Queensland Health.
The testing offer was put to a vet and nine other people who suffered low exposure to the bat-borne virus at a property south of Townsville a fortnight ago.
"People with very low exposure were given the offer and they decided not be tested," the Queensland Health spokesman told AAP.
The 10 were exposed after a horse contracted the virus and died.
