Malaysia : Hospitals report 76 confirmed cases

From the New Straits Times:

" Seventy-six people are in hospitals nationwide with influenza A (H1N1).

They are among the 592 people admitted for suspected influenza A (H1N1) on Saturday evening.

Doctors are closely monitoring all suspected and confirmed H1N1 cases for complications.

Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Ismail Merican said seven of the confirmed victims were being treated in the intensive care unit of hospitals, with five of them in the high-risk category.

Although no new cases of cluster influenza-like illness were reported since yesterday, Dr Ismail said they were still on high alert.

He reminded the public that it was important for them to practise a healthy lifestyle, with a balanced diet, regular exercise, lots of water and enough sleep."
