From the Ministry of Health :
" In the last 24 hours, only one (1) report of ILI cluster case was reported from the state of Penang at shown in Appendix 1. There are a total of 43 active ILI clusters remaining throughout the entire country.
A total of 18 new cases were confirmed positive influenza A (H1N1) by the laboratory, bringing the total cumulative cases of influenza A (H1N1) to 14,987 cases. The remaining ILI cases that are being treated in hospital wards across the country are 502 cases of which 51 cases or 10.2% confirmed positive influenza A (H1N1).
The number of H1N1 patients being treated in the ICU is ten (10) cases in which eight of whom are individuals who have risk factors. No new fatalities were reported, bringing the total fatalities remaining at 88."
