" Berlin, Jan 3 : Two people have died of swine flu in the German state of Lower Saxony, a state Social Ministry spokesman announced Monday.
A three-year-old girl and a 51-year-old man, who had been suffering from an earlier illness, have died of the H1N1 influenza virus, also known as swine flu, the official said.
Both lived in the city of Goettingen, the spokesman added.
He stressed there was 'no reason to panic.' "
