According to a report of health department, 69 cases of malaria were reported in 2008, while in 2009, 75 cases came up. The number saw a sharp rise to 319 cases in 2010 and in 2011, 360 malaria cases have already been reported until now. Of the cases reported this year, 90 are from city.
