" The National Institute of Health (NIH), Islamabad, confirmed on Monday another patient from Karachi infected with swine flu.
The total number of patients with H1N1 Type-A Influenza infections in Sindh had reached 22, officials said.A resident of North Nazimabad, 30-year-old Asif-ul-Haq had visited the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital’s OPD with flu symptoms.
His swab samples were sent to the NIH Islamabad that confirmed that Haq was suffering from swine flu, Dr Suresh Kumar, in-charge Sindh Influenza Surveillance Cell, told The News."
