" PNG's cholera outbreak appears to be extending further to the north. The original point of the outbreak is Daru, the tiny, densely populated island off the coast of PNG's Western Province.
The situation stabilized there, but cholera then emerged in villiages on the mainland between two districts, South Fly and Middle Fly.
Now it's believed nine people have died in remote villages of East Sepik in the past few days alone. But there's some confusion as to whether the deaths are from cholera or dystentery."
