Malaysia - Third Kedah school told to close

When you see headlines like this, you know the situation is serious. Via News Straits Times:

" Sekolah Menengah Teknik here has been ordered closed for three days from yesterday after 86 of its 616 students showed symptoms of influenza-like illness (ILI).

The school is the third in Kedah to do so to prevent a possible spread of the virus, a state health department said.

On Wednesday, SMK Langkawi Pulau Tuba and SK Bagan Selat Nyiur, both in Langkawi, were ordered closed for five days days after a number of their students showed symptoms of ILI.

Symptoms of influenza A (H1N1) and ILI are similar and they include fever, cough, sore throat, body ache, headache, chills and fatigue with some reporting diarrhoea and vomiting."
