" Health authorities have recorded 10 cluster cases of influenza-like illness in Johor, Pahang, Selangor and Malacca since Friday.

Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Ismail Merican said the cases involved 48 people, of which seven were already confirmed to be infected with Influenza A(H1N1) while the rest were still waiting for laboratory test results.

“The necessary treatment has been administered to those affected, including anti-viral treatment,” he said yesterday.
