" Search and rescue teams have been pulled back from the CTV building as hopes fade for rescuing anyone inside.
Civil Defence (CD) spokesperson Vince Cholewa confirmed to ONE News early this mornig that a firefighting team has moved into the CTV site.
They have been sent to the destroyed building to try and put out a fire in the basement.
Diggers are also at the CTV site to start clearing the large amounts of rubble.
CD said search and rescue teams have been deployed elsewhere and are not expected to return."
