" Blue ear disease has spread to two more northern provinces of Vietnam, raising the country's total number of municipalities and provinces hit by the disease to 15, said a report of the Department of Animal Health under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on Thursday.
In Hoa Binh province, blue ear disease occurred in three communes, killing 22 pigs. Another 135 pigs were found infected with the disease.
Meanwhile, 26 out of 69 pigs in five households in northern mountainous province of Cao Bang became ill due to the blue ear disease."
