" About 25 people have died of A(H1N1) influenza in Bolivia so far in 2010 while the number of reported cases continues to decline each week, the Health Ministry said Wednesday.
Because a low number of cases -- 1,447 -- have been reported this year, the flu was expected to disappear in Bolivia by November, said Rene Barrientos, epidemiology director of the La Paz health department.
From May to December of 2009, 2,352 flu cases with 59 deaths were reported in the departments of La Paz, Santa Cruz, Potosi, Oruro, Chuquisaca and Tarija."
