" VADODARA: Swine flu claimed the 10th life in the city on Sunday since it resurfaced after the onset of monsoon. A 25-year-old seven-month pregnant woman, who tested positive for H1N1 on Saturday, died on Sunday morning.
Rajeshri Bharwad, resident of Indral village in Halol, was brought to SSG Hospital on Friday as a suspected swine flu patient. Her reports that came on Saturday confirmed her to be positive for H1N1 virus. Bharwad died on Sunday morning and later cremated at Khaswadi crematorium.
Not only is the swine flu death toll steadily rising, the number of the patients testing positive for the virus too have gone up. On Sunday, seven more tested positive for swine flu with one of them being a 24-year-old eight-month pregnant woman from Karjan."
