Instead, he lost his wife and daughter within days.
This was the heart-wrenching fate Mah Nor, 65, faced when health complications related to the Influenza A(H1N1) virus claimed the lives of Maimunah Dimah, 54, on March 31 and Surmani Mah Nor, 29, on Friday.
“I was away visiting my son in Perak when I received a call that my wife was ill in hospital,” said Mah Nor."
